Conflict between Yith request quote and Yith PDF invoice

  • I am using the free versions of Woocommerce Yith Request a quote and Yith PDF Invoice and shipping.
    When both plugins are activated, the “send quote” button related to Yith Request a quote becomes hidden and not visible. THis is caused by the Yith PDF invoice plugin.
    In order to see this button, I need to manually deactivate the Yith PDF Invoice Plugin to be able to send the woocommerce quote, and when the quote gets accepted by the client and transform into an order, I need to reactivate it in order to be able to generate the PDF invoice !

    Hello,
    we’ve tried the plugin together and the button is visible inside the product page.
    You can try to see if on page there are javascript error, or activating the debug log you see some server side error.

    Hello,
    Maybe I was not clear on my request. The issue is on the backend into the woocommerce ADMIN orders page. Once the Yith request for quote is received into woocommerce, and the quote price is adjusted by ADMIN, the “send quote” button (button to email ADMIN quote to the client) at the bottom of the quote page is hidden.

    the free version of plugin sends only the email to the admin with the quote and doesn’t create any order with the quote request.

    Hello, sorry but I guess I was not clear enough in my explanations. THe free versions work great and do everything I need, when they are not activated <u>at the same time</u>.

    A. Here is the button for the Yith RAQ plugin that I use on the WP Dashboard backend, and it is working fine each time. I am able to send the quote to the client using this button. https://www.strateisqm.ca/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Capture.png
