Conflict Causing MailChimp and Contact Form to Fail

    Hi Hal,

    I love the plugin but when it’s activated on my site, it’s causing my MailChimp email list submission and my contact form to fail in submitting the information.

    It’s pretty clearly working with plugin off, broken when it’s on. This is my site:

    I’ll likely have turned off the testimonials by time you get there unless I’ve figured it out because I need the mailing list and contact working moreso.

    But would love to have the testimonials working again, any input?

    FYI my theme is Encore by UD Themes.

    Shoot, the support forum did not email me that you replied so just seeing this, sorry.

    I have all plugins disabled except yours on this dev link:

    You can see the Mailchimp news submit form and Contact form is showing errors. On my main public site where the Testimonials Rotator plugin is disabled, both working ok:

    So it seems there must be a conflict between my theme and your plugin. A friend said sometimes the order of loading can create issues, but I’m not that technical in this area.

    My app launches Tuesday morning, would love input meanwhile in case you’re available.

    Hi Hal,

    I’m launching the app tomorrow morning…would be so great if possible to figure this beforehand and turn testimonials back on.

    The guys who made the theme mentioned it could be a variable conflict…

    On your dev site your forms are pointing to URLs with /testimonials in them which I find odd:

    That is odd…

    I’ve created an admin account for you and the information should be emailed to you already to login.

    And the only plugin on at the moment with this dev version is Testimonial Rotator.

    I hope it’s fixable. Please let me know what you find and how it’s done, as if it can work, I will make fix to the live version too.
