conflict Complianz and Advanced Ads

    when both advanced ads and complianz is activated, the cookie bar not show up, either the non-personalized AdSense ads.

    Is it something known?

    i get the error of js
    Uncaught ReferenceError: advanced_ads_layer_settings is not defined

    I already try to turn off all wordpress plugin for cache and minify

    A temporary solution is to complete block the layer.js from Complianz -> Intergrations -> Script Center -> (part of) URL’s or unique string from the inline scripts of third-party scripts & plugins that should be blocked before consent
    I just add:
    https://www.driverstories.gr/wp-content/plugins/advanced-ads-layer/public/assets/js/layer.js

    1) before user allow cookies, this make the banner work and after that the ads loading well,
    2) as i make it now, i cannot show any ad, even just image without accept cookies

    when this conflict is fixed the popup will be at bootom, so users can read and see non-personalized ads without accept cookies

    ok, it will be very good to solve this issue, if it is possible. but maybe is the issue from advanced ads code?

    We’re working now, together with Henning from Advanced Ads to resolve the issue. I takes some time to approve the new demo. We’ll keep you updated during the week.

    https://www.wordpress-kenniscentrum.nl/ we’re trying to get this domain approved. A simple Home, with some articles. I am not that experienced with Adsense, but I can’t see an issue.

    I have stripped everything besides content and asked a review this morning. Maybe I’m missing something…thanks!

    You want something by my side? To check any configure at complianz or advanced ads? if you want access to live site for checking please inform me. I think is little strange that i am the only one i have this issue…

    Hi @pantelis1984,

    With the help of @henningaa we have a sandbox working, but not able to reproduce the issue as of yet. We do have a default set-up, if you have any specific settings in Advanced Ads checked, let me know.

    On this Forum, rules prohibit us from asking credentials or any details which might contain sensitive information.

    If you can, maybe try a staging environment, or Health & Troubleshoot plugin to only have Complianz and Advanced Ads running with a default theme. And activate plugins/themes and settings from there.

    We will try a couple of things at our end as well,

    It is still there the issue…

    Hi there,

    the Script error has vanished after trying various combinations of caching plugins and updating Complianz. Hard to tell what exactly was the reason for this.

    The new issue is on this page the AdSense spaces should be filled with non-personalized ads till the conses is given.

    Adsense is disabled under Integrations > Services but seems to be still still blocked by the plugin. All Advanced Ads and AdSense code got the <script class="cmplz-script" wrap.

    Any ideas on how to exclude AdSense from the Complianz block correctly?
