    Dear Sir, Madam,
I am using Elementor Pro since a week and yesterday I discovered that the problems with NextGen Gallery are caused by Elementor. I think the free Elementor part.
The thumbnails of my NextGen Galleries are shown well on the pages, but I have to activate every single thumbnail one by one to see them individual.
The picture is then shown over the full hight of the screen but without the arrows to go through to the next picture. Also going through the pictures by using the keyboard arrows doesn’t work.
In the sidebar I also have a NextGen slideshow (shown on every page). And this slideshow isn’t scrolling through the pictures like it should do (normally every 6000 millisecond), but shows all the pictures at once. This in a vertical kolom spread over the whole sidebar even through the other widgets.
After trying a lot I deactivated Elementor (free) and all the problems were gone.
Deactivating Elementor free means also that I can’t use Elementor Pro.

Yesterday I also tried the Envira Gallery plugin. It works beatiful, but the moment I activate Elementor nothing is shown on the gallery pages. So the problem is even worse than with NextGen Galley.

I am using all the latest versions of the plugins, widgets and theme that I use.
    Wordpress 5.5.3
    Astra Theme 2.6.0
    NextGen Gallery 3.3.20
    Elementor free 3.0.12
    Elementor Pro 3.0.5
I am using also following plugins to work with our pictures.
    WP Nivo Slider 3.1
    Display Widgets 2.7
    Image widgets 4.4.7
    So allways the latest versions.

    Do you recognize this problems?
Or do you have a solution for this so that I can use Elementor Pro again.

After deactivating Elementor everything works fine.

I asked support from Elementor support, and got following, rather dissapointing answer.

    Hi Siegfried,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I check our system and we have similar reports related to the NextGen gallery.

As we have no control over coding for third-party plugins, we highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this plugin so they may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendation (or possible fix) to resolve this issue.

If they need any technical details regarding Elementor, they are free to open an issue on our Github page where our developers will be happy to collaborate directly with them. https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/new/choose

Third-party plugin incompatibilities will take some time to resolve as this will require cooperation with third-part
    ************************************
So this answer was very polite but didn’t help me at all. NextGen an Envira can easily say the same.
But if you recognize these problems maybe you can help me with a solution.
I’ve found out the same problems were mentioned here about 1,5 year ago. They were solved, but I can’t find the solution. Maybe you can.

Thank you very much in advance.
