    Your Conflict Finder plugin is still having big and serious issues. I am noping you can test, debug, identify the problems, and fix your plugin thoroughly and quickly.

    I don’t have time to go through all of the issues I’ve been encountering. I’m hoping you can do this and debug the plugin. But it literally (often) is blocking my ability to even log into the WP-ADMIN area. I have to totally delete your plugin and the MU portion just to regain access to my sites.

    There several issues that I’ve run into over the past couple of weeks or more. I’d appreciate it if you could thoroughly test the plugin and hopefully you can identify the issues and fix them.

    I just don’t have a couple of hours to activate it and re-test it again. The good news is, if I delete your plugin and the MU part, my website comes back.

    The bad news is, in your recent updates and significant changes, the plugin has become (in my opinion) very disruptive and not something I can recommend any further. I’ll be deleting my original 5 star review until the plugin is back to working perfectly and as expected.

  • Plugin development is complex and during the process of improvements and enhancements there can be issues that arise.

    This plugin which has about 230 hours of development is intended to help WordPress users find issues which we get no financial benefit from.

    We have no problem working through issues that are reported but it is extremely unfair to be so negative and hurt our reputation or a piece of software that is completely free to use and not required for anybody to actually use it.

    If the plugin does not work for you simply do not use it or report the issues you are having so we can fix it for you.

    There is no need to be so aggressive and try to hurt a reputation when we are trying to get back to the WordPress community

    There is definitely an ugly side to the WordPress community and its users and you are showing that exact side.

    I put my original review back in place. I didn’t mean to do anything to harm your business. Please just look into the possible issues with the plugin and notify me when you feel it is resolved.

    Please email our service manager which you have been communicating with to report any issues so we can work through them for you.

    It’s impossible for us to fix an issue that we are not aware of.
