    Hello,
    I noticed a conflict with your plugin and the form 7 contact plugin on my site.
    When I look at the Mozilla console I see the following error
    This site seems to use a positioning effect related to scrolling. This effect can not work properly with asynchronous scrolling. See https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozilla/Performance/ScrollLinkedEffects for more details or to discuss related tools and features.

    My installation
    Wodpress: 5.2.3
    Avada: 6.0.3
    Contact Form 7: 5.1.4

    how can I correct the error

    Hi!
    We do not using any JavaScript or any positioning.
    Why do you think, that problem comes from m1.Downloadlist?
    Please try to use another Theme or deactivate any other plugins.

    thank you for your quick reply

    This allows me to believe that the problem / conflict comes from your plugin. That’s when I disable the plugin, everything works properly on the site.
    To be more precise, my problem comes from sending a form form7 contact form. When m1.Downloadlist is activated the form does not display confirmation that the email is sent and does not redirect the visitor to the thank you page. If I disable your plugin, I see the messages and the redirection is done automatically.

    Please deactivate other plugins and try another theme.
