    Hello @lesjouzeaux,

Thanks for the report. Can you provide some more details about this conflict that you are having as well as the version number of WordPress, MailPoet 3, and Awesome Support? If you can also provide debug log information with debug mode on, that will help greatly.

    Hello @lesjouzeaux,

Thanks for the details. Can you confirm which version of Awesome Support you have installed? For the debug log, can you also follow the steps here: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Debugging_in_WordPress and tell me what debug log messages you see? Can you also describe more detail about how you cannot edit the “MailPoet 3” newsletter contents?

    Hello,
You will find below the debugging installer in the wp-config.php file and a link that will allow you to see an image of the install version as well as a video that explains the problem in the “MailPoet” plugin.
    Thank you.

    Hi @lesjouzeaux,

Thanks for the information. Can you also provide the debug log? If there isn’t a clear debug log message, it may be helpful to have Awesome Support set up on a different instance of WordPress to avoid the conflict for now. (It looks like a bug with the “mailpoet 3” drag & drop interface on first glance without seeing debug logs)

    Hi @lesjouzeaux,

I’ll keep watching this thread for any updates you post. But I’ll mark this as resolved for others who are looking for troubleshooting steps for compatibility with mailpoet 3.
