Conflict upon Deleting WooCommerce Checkout Manager

    I created a new Dropdown Select field titled ‘Branch Location’ and placed it in the Billing Details section on my Checkout page. I’ve since removed and deleted Checkout Manager but this Branch Location field is still being displayed…sort of.

    1. the dropdown menu doesn’t drop at all anymore
    2. the Branch Location name has been changed to ‘State’
    3. the value that is returned mirrors the value selected from the State field of the default Address fields

    I know this has something to do with the Checkout Manager because when I originally added/created the Branch Location field, a unique border was created around the dropdown box which is still present around this new State field.

    I’ve also tried all four of the Advanced options (Delete checkout mgr WP options, post meta, users post meta, and reset Run the updater prompt).

    Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

  • Hi @dmotz, thanks for asking. We save a custom Post meta against the Order which is not deleted when our Plugin is de-activated and/or deleted. If our Plugin is de-activated there is no integration at all with the Checkout. If you are able to provide links to screenshots demonstrating this it’ll go a long way ??
