    Is there a specific email which is affected? Is thing happening for all users or just new users?

    Iv just tested our plugin with https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/user-verification/ installed and im seeing no issue with the emailed being sent to users when changing the settings, when a user sets up 2FA and when a user who has 2FA setup already logs in. I also tried a fresh user and once I verified there address I was able to attempt to login, get the email with the 2FA code and login as normal also so any further information you can provide on this to help us replicate the problem would be much appreciated.

    In both cases no emails were received. In case of a new user registration the email verification provided auto login and a forward to the specific page for 2FA activation. This email with the 6-digid code is the missing email. Which led to not finishing the procedure.
