    Give Donations
    Loco Translate
    Menu Icons
    Multilingual Press
    Neve Pro
    Ninja Firewall
    Post View Count

    Responsive Lightbox Lite
    Simple Local Avatar
    Simple User Avatar
    Smush
    Team-List
    Yoast Seo
    …and Mailpoet 3 (New)

Do you have an idea? Can I give you more helpful information?

    Hi there @831creative, @mejren, and @jwhberlin,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Do I get it right that you all use Elementor and the homepage gets broken after the latest MailPoet update?

Can you please check if you get the same PHP errors on your site and if yes, share them here?

@mejren, the log you shared seem truncated at the end, can you please share the full one?

    Hi @treibalen,

    The full log below

    Hello @treibalen ,

    thanks for your answer.
You are right: We are using elementor, the homepage is broken after the last Mailpoet-Update. After deactivating Mailpoet, it works again. I use PHP 7.4.23; at the moment I disabled Mailpoet and so I cannot produce the error. It is a productive website; I had to to fix the test-system to check it completely. This will use a few hours.

    Best regards and thanks

Same as our client website, all with Elementor Pro.

I also got a major issue after this update. My homepage loads as if it is in tablet view. Every page with Elementor widgets doesn’t load properly. I disabled mail poet and mail poet premium and the issues go away.

    Hi,
I have the same problem after upgrading Mailpoet to version 3.71.0.
    My Elementor page templates.
When editing an Elementor template WordPress throws this at me:
    Uncaught MailPoetVendor\Doctrine\ORM\ORMException…
Can you please advice on how to roll-back Mailpoet to a working version?
    Thanks

    @rosy59 @pedrodk
You can use the “WP Rollback” module/extension to rollback to 3.70.0 for now

    Hi there everyone!

Thank you all for your input! Our developers were able to replicate the issue and will work on releasing a fix.

Meanwhile, please roll back to the previous version of MailPoe 3.70.0 for now.

You can download it here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mailpoet/advanced/ – scroll down to ADVANCED OPTIONS section.

I’ll post another update here when the issue is resolved!

    Cheers!

WP Rollback worked perfectly, thank you cosminserban19.
I couldn’t understand what to do with Elvira K’s option, sadly, but my site is working now.
Just waiting for the updated update …
