Hi, I was forced to temporarily deactivate w3 total cache because it no longer lets me add products to the cart, I’ll leave a demonstration video. How can I solve the problem?

    Hello @lookiz

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
Can you please sahre if this cart is fired by ajax or not in the woocommerce settings?

Can you please disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled and see which one might be causing the issue?

    Thanks!

ok the problem is with the Minify module, once deactivated I can put the products in the cart. Is there a way to bypass this problem?

    Hello @lookiz

    Thank you for your feedback.
I can see that you are also using Cloudflare. Is minify enabled there as well?

This means that some JS file does not agre with being minified, and therefore should be excluded from the minification proccess.
While I am unsure which file exactly, I would recommend adding /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/frontend/add-to-cart.min.js to Performance>Minify>Advanced>Never Minify following JS files, re-enable JS minify, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists.

    Thanks!

Same issue here… I can only add products to the cart if i am logged in.
After disabling W3 total cache everything works just fine.

Can’t see any error. After clicking the add to cart button, the page reloads but the product is not added to the cart.
