It seems that there’s a conflict between your plugin and 404 pages?? I’m not sure, but I just started using your plugin—have put it on the last 3 or 4 sites—and error pages are loading without styles.

This is true of default WP 404 pages as well as 404 pages created using the plugin 404page.

We use Avada exclusively and have been for over three years, and have never had this issue before. However, we recently started using WP Super Cache on all new builds–as I said, about 3 or 4 sites now (previously we were using WP Fastest Cache Premium)–and just now started having this issue.

It is entirely possible that we are missing something, so please don’t hesitate to say so and to point us in the right direction.

Thanks in advance for the help and for creating such an outstanding plugin!

  • I tried loading that site and got some PHP warnings. Did you try to uninstall WP Super Cache? You forgot to remove the WP_CACHE define in wp-config.php

When you have it working again, check that CSS files are loading correctly on 404 pages. WP Super Cache doesn’t try to cache those files but maybe the 404 plugin is doing something else with them..
