Conflict with a SMTP mail plugin

    Hello,

    installing your plugin blocks Brevo SMTP plugin used to send my newsletter.

    Error displayed in backend is:

    You cannot use Brevo SMTP now because wp_mail has been declared by another process or plugin.

    AntiBots plugin de-activated as I need Brevo SMTP (part of Newsletter plugin)…

    Any help welcome

    Hi Eric,

    1. Please test if you have version 1.29 installed. Check if there is any red button in your admin toolbar regarding site health issues. If it appears, click on that button, and if there are warnings or problems, examine them.

    2) Go to the Settings page, Email Notifications tab, and select NO.

    3) Try installing our free plugin, Site Checkup, and perform a site checkup.

    Hello,

    Thanks a lot for your supportive reply !

    I have version 1.29.

    I ran Site Checkup and only error was WP memory too low (105% used) => changed and OK now (70% used)

    I double-check my Newsletter plugin requirements when used with Brevo and I keep SMTP module but I de-activate Contacts/marketing module I don’t use (I use transactional email only) and the error displayed when activating your plugin disappeared !

    So, thanks to your advises, problem looks solved !

    I can now start to use AntiBots
