Conflict with Advanced Custom Fields?

Hi there,
I’m trying to use this plugin on a site that’s also using Advanced Custom Fields, and the issue is that the Share This buttons are getting rendered, not only in the main content area, but in every custom field as well. Is there a workaround for this? Thanks!
