Conflict with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) Pro

I’m using the Colormag Free theme – thank you very much ?? However, I’ve hit a major problem with the ACF plugin. I purchased ACF specifically to create options pages that will make things easier for my users. I can’t get them working.

Although I can create the ‘options’ menu item, ACF will not create pages or otherwise interact with the ‘options’. I’ve contacted their support team, who told me this must be due to a theme conflict. Do you know anything about this?

– Solved my own problem a few minutes later! I was hooking onto admin_menu when what I needed was init.
