Hi I have been using a different login solution called All-In-One-Intranet, but have recently needed to another plugin to the intranet site I am working on, which conflicted with this (SP Project Manager). I’m now running into an issue with your plugin conflicting with another plugin – the All in One Event Calendar plugin. normally, when adding an event there’s a date and time picker in the back end – when you click them, it opens a javascript date/time picker. This won’t load. There are also accordian areas in the custom event post type which won’t open when clicked on. Any ideas?

[In] the All in One Event Calendar plugin […] when adding an event there’s a date and time picker in the back end […] This won’t load.

If you’re experiencing issues “in the back end,” then I’m not convinced Force Login is causing your issues. If you’re viewing the backend, you’re logged-in –?if you’re logged-in, Force Login doesn’t do anything.

Have you tried turning WP_DEBUG mode on to determine the cause of your issue?

Also, if you’re experiencing JavaScript issues, you might want to try debugging with your browser’s developer console to diagnose any errors.

Thanks Kevin – the site in question is pretty complex and uses a load of different plugins, so it could well be a conflict with a number of things. However, if I deactivate Force Login, everything works as it should do.

I’ve installed (yet) another plugin that will achieve the same ends as the Force Login plugin and everything is still working as it should do – since its a live site, I’ll probably stick with that now.

    Thanks again

    Hi John,

I’ve released a new version of Force Login (v5.0) that now executes at a later stage in WordPress. This may resolve your conflict(s) with your plugins.

I understand your need to find a quick solution for your live site and switching to another plugin to achieve your goal, but let me know if the new version resolved your issues.

You can read more about Force Login 5.0 in this article:

    Thanks!
