Conflict with All in one seo

Hi
I just updates the All in one SEO plugin today and the site crashed with a 500 error.

I disabled the plugins through ftp and was able to load the site again. I deactivated wordfence and enabled the seo plugin again and the site was fine. So for some reason wordfence is suddenly causing issues when All in one seo plugin is enabled.

I then deactivated the seo plugin and activated wordfence and the site crashed again. The only way i can get my site online is by deactivating wordfence. This is an issue as i use both the seo plugin and wordfence on all of the other sites that i manage.

any ideas please?
