This site uses a plugin, CallTrackingMetrics, to provide marketing insights based on clicks on phone numbers on the site. I’m not sure exactly how it functions (one of the things I think it does is to change up phone numbers based on the area the user is calling from), but it stopped functioning right after installing Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. We really need to keep both of these. Is there a way to exclude this plugin from being affected by CleanTalk?

    Hello.
Could you please tell us how we can reproduce the issue? We need to reproduce the issue to solve it.

    Thanks.

I don’t think that would be possible. CallTrackingMetrics alerted us that their tracking stopped working right after we installed CleanTalk. We can’t see the issue – CTM ran a test and could see that their code is functioning but is blocked. Is there any way to make an exception for a particular plugin or code?

Possible ways of exclusions are listed here:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/exclusion-from-anti-spam-checking#wordpress

Additionally, allowing networks of the mentioned service can help too. Please, add their networks to your Personal Lists (the feature SpamFireWall) by following this guide:

    Did it help?
