    Hi,

the product types made by the plugin ATUM are not visible on the product feed list.

    https://stockmanagementlabs.com/

This is what the author of ATUM plugin had to say: “The product types created by Product Levels are pretty standard and were added as terms the same way the “simple” or “variable” types are.”

Please help me out with this.

    Beste regards

  • Hi @niwo,

Google Listings & Ads syncs core WooCommerce products, so it appears ATUM products may be created differently from the way core WooCommerce products are created. (e.g are they added as a simple, variable product or as a different product type)

If they’re unable to help, I’d recommend submitting this as a feature request. Our developers use this to help them decide on which features to build next.

Yes, as the support of ATUM stated, they use the standard way and it should work by default.

Probably it’s best to look into it.
Where I can make this feature request?

    Regards

Please pardon me. I meant to link to the feature request page. You’d need to create a feature request for integration with ATUM.

My understanding is that the products are created directly in ATUM and aren’t being synced to Google Merchant Center as Google Listings & Ads isn’t detecting them. If that’s indeed the case, you’d need to submit a feature request.

Just to confirm, if you go to WooCommerce > Products, do the products show up there? If they do, can you edit 2 products and confirm the product type? (e.g simple, variable product, etc.) If you edit an affected product from the WooCommerce product editing screen and update, does that make a difference?

    Hi,

the products are created as usual in WooCommerce.
If than I choose the product-type to be “product-part” by ATUM for example, instead of “simple” by WooC, the product is not anymore visible in the feed of the google listings plugin.

The products are showing up as usual in WooCommerce > Products

The 4 product-types by ATUM are:
    Product Part
    Variable Product Part
    Raw Material
    Variable Raw Material

Editing them will make no change within the feed in the listings plugin.
    Still NO products are visible.

    Regards

    Thanks for the clarification.

The product types created by ATUM aren’t supported by Google Listings & Ads. However, support for additional product types can be implemented using this filter. You’ll find all supported filters via the link – the filters can be used to integrate support for ATUM Products.

Please note that per our support policy, we do not offer support for custom codes. This means you’ll have to hire a developer to help with the required code snippet or work with ATUM to implement support for their product type.

    I hope this helps!
