    Hello

I’ve determined there is a conflict between the theme I am using (Avada) and the membership 2 plugin. When a visitor attempts to register they receive a message saying they must enter the same value again in the password field even though they match.

When I switch to any other theme I don’t experience the issue. I’m wondering if you can help me with this as I would like to keep this theme if at all possible. Thank you!

    Hey there lindsay.smith,

    How are you doing today?

Avada is a premium theme so I’m not being able to test this on my end but this is most likely an issue with having another password field on the same page that probably has the same ID so once you try to add password in registration that field is also checked resulting in giving an error as the field is empty.

Do you maybe have a login form in your header or anywhere else that is on the same page when you try to register via Membership 2 registration?

    Please let me know ??

    Cheers,
    Bojan

I do have another login set up for a WooCommerce store and it is in the header. If I remove it from the header and have a separate page for that login perhaps it will work?

    Hey lindsay.smith,

Yes, probably please try removing it from header for testing purposes at least to see if that will make a difference.

Please let me know how that goes ??

    Cheers,
    Bojan
