Conflict with Bootstrap v3.3.6

The plugin is causing issues due to our theme using a newer version of bootstrap. When you look at the site on mobile, the menu doesn’t stay open on our site. When I disable the plugin – it starts working again. My development team member noted the conflicting versions of bootstrap.

I am having the same issue with my clients theme. Is there a fix for this? We are also using the pro version and the udesign theme.
