Conflict With Bulk Page Creator

I installed APM. I checked Pages and all pages were listed. I then installed and activated Bulk Page Creator. I added new pages through that tool and went to the APM Pages tool. Only the original pages were listed. I deactivated APM and re-activated it and all of the pages created with Bulk Page Creator then displayed.
