Conflict with Bundles?

I am having some issues with your plugin on my website where it is not pulling up shipping options for some items in a bundle even though when in the cart individually it is correct.

This item on it’s own is oversized shipping class and only should show UPS which is correct – https://tougetuning.com/shop/cobb-tuning-front-mount-intercooler-core-2004-2007-subaru-wrx-wrx-sti/?attribute_colour=Silver

The bundled package with this product however does not show the same shipping options for the same item for some reason.
