    All done, plesae review.

Thanks for sharing. The form is behind a login wall at present which I’m unable to access to test. Are you able to create a publicly accessible page with a form enabled? Feel free to share once again using the same form if preferred.

Sorry James, I missed that, you can use the login credentials: conexus/conexus.

Thanks for sharing. Are you encountering server issues at present? I’m trying to access although I’m receiving timeout errors. A quick test on downforme also states your site is down, while earlier I encountered a separate 503 error.

Sorry again @jamesosborne , it is working now (https://tinyurl.com/y5vy6s3u).

I’ve submitted a test submission now. I don’t encounter any console errors or notices. Can you check once more from your side?

Hi James, I just submitted a test but still show the console error, it prevents the form to complete: https://www.dropbox.com/s/my50419pc23xzq2/1.png?dl=0

I also checked the CF7 Database, there’s no any new submissions recorded.

I’ve just tried sending a form submission now via your non AMP Contact Form 7, with the same console error you referenced appearing and no successful submission notice:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 ()

As the issue doesn’t seem specific to the AMP plugin have you performed an email test using the WP Mail SMTP plugin which you have active? Let me know if that works for you, and whether you’re receiving regular emails in your non AMP form.

I can send a test email using that plugin’s “Send test email” function: https://www.dropbox.com/s/mcgl5nuvkech32d/2.png?dl=0

I also tried to deactivated that plugin and re-submit the subscribe form, but it still failed.
It is weird because the form only works after deactiave AMP plugin.

I can check this with the team and see if they’re encountered this previously. In the meantime can you try and follow the steps below and inform me if you’re able to successfully submit forms:

    1. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    3. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “AMP” and also “Contact Form 7”
    4. Visit your site once more and try to submit a form

The above will temporarily deactivate all other plugins while using a default WordPress theme (for you only, as a logged in user). You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

I also noticed others reported a similar console error on the Contact Form 7 support forum, with various fixes. Let me know of the above while I check with the team.

@jamesosborne I tested with Troubleshooting mode, but still see the console error.

I also review the link on the CF7 support forum, and tried all suggestions listed there but failed.

Thanks for the update. Did you setup reCAPTCHA using the Contact Form 7 integration feature? If so please temporarily disable this feature before trying the form once more?

@jamesosborne reCaptcha was activated on this site, and it’s been validated for that staging domain. But I still removed it as your suggestion to test but failed.

Apologies for the delay. Can you share your PHP error logs? You can use the same form to share.
