Hi so with CoDesigner enabled I cannot edit the single product page. Disabled it works fine. Can you please fix this? I cannot let you login into my site as that would be a security breach and Im unwilling to violate my customers privacy. If you all cannot fix it with the informationnabove I will use jet woo builder instead.

    Hi @dansperfect,

Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us.

I’ve checked CoDesigner and ShopEngine, it seems fine on my end [checking video]. You know that the CoDesigner and ShopEngine are both similar addons designed to customize default WooCommerce pages, including the Single Product widgets. Due to their similar functionalities, it’s possible to face conflicts if both addons are used in the same environment.

Please note that other addons widget won’t work in the ShopEngine > Builder Templates. It’s for ShopEngine widgets only.

    Regards

interesting. The only reason I was trying to make it work is because someone made a very nice template with it that I was going to use for an easy redesign. I wonder if it wont open because the template creater put a widget in it he shouldnt of, since disabling codesigner allowz me to open that specific template. I just fully recreated the theme with the default wordpress theme as the base. Once I really looked at the templates setup theres many redundant plugins that eould havr just caused problems. And then he had 3 different plugins with variantion swatches enabled, sure that didnt help anything.

thank you for taking a look as Im trying to remove myself from Crockoblock stuff and start using your family of plugins
