Conflict with Contact Form 7

  • ## The Issue ##

    With Contact Form 7 installed whenever you try to reset the reCaptcha keys you receive the following error:

    The link you followed has expired.

    Along with a PHP notice:

    Notice: Undefined index: option_page in plugins\wordpress-notification-bar\framework\framework.php on line 87

    ## Replicate Issue ##

    You can replicate the issue by having both plugins installed and activated.

    1) Using the left-hand navigation, navigate to: Contact -> Integration
    2) Under the reCAPTCHA section click “Setup Integration”
    3) Enter dummy text in both fields and click “Save Changes”
    4a) Click “Remove Keys” button
    4b) If this does not set off the error, after saving changes navigate back to the Integration page and click “Remove Keys” button.

    Thank you! I’ll take a look and will get a fix out ??

    I also have been able to reproduce this issue and I can confirm that when I deactivate the notification bar, I am then able to manage the CF7 keys correctly!
