Conflict with Cookie Consent, W3TC and/or CDN

Well, I am about to loose my mind. I have tried several plugins to get my cookie notification. I have staging site where they work perfectly, but on my real site it doesn’t show up. I have exactly the same plugins on both sites, all with the same versions, etc. The only difference is that my real site has MaxCDN activated in W3 Total Cache. If I deactivate W3TC the plugins work. If I just disable CDN, there is no difference.

I also notice 19 errors on my real site (jquery) when looking at the inspector that do not appear on the stage site. These too disappear when disabling W3TC but not when disabling just CDN within it. Problem is, I really need the W3TC. Any suggestions?
