conflict with custom taxonomy

When i use feedwordpress plugin i am getting “Nothing Found. Try searching below…” to list down the post under custom taxonomy term. If i deactivate the feedwordpress plugin then there is no problem in listing the post under custom taxomony term. does anybody having the similar problem?
