Conflict with Disqus?

    Hi there,

    I just got a complaint from a client: when he published articles, there was no Disqus comments module under them (link to Disqus plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/disqus-comment-system/). When I published an article on his site, Disqus appeared. He has a editor user role which was managed through WP Admin UI Customize, I have an administrator role which was not.

    I first created a custom user role with all capabilities/permissions, verified that Disqus appeared and then added it to WP Admin UI Customize and tried that way. Disqus disappeared.

    It was only when I completely resetted WP Admin UI Customize that the Disqus module appeared for every user role. That’s why I think your (excellent!) plugin is causing this issue. It’s no theme conflict, cause I observed it on different themes.

    Disqus is used by lots of people, so I might not be the only one with this issue?

    Thank you for your feedback.
    I checked on Disqus plugin, but I think I can see to looking working well.
    And I think, this problem is not conflict that it is the settings of problems.

    Could you tell me please did you settings to hide the Discussion of Metabox on Editor?

    If in that case, I think comment also Disqus form will not be displayed(* When new post.).

    And, When you are hiding the Discussion of Metabox, do you have check to allow a
    Allow people to post comments on new articles when hide to discussion of metabox    ?
