    Hi aqus,

This is highly unlikely to be an issue with WooCommerce. You should contact Divi theme support about this. Also try temporarily disabling all other plugins.

Hello, I have the same issue as aqus, opened a ticket with Divis’ developers and I’m awaiting a response. In the meanwhile, disabling other plugins dind’t solve the issue.

Please await a response from Divi developers – they are more familiar with their own product.

Of course, I’ll post the reply here anyway, if that can be of help for other WooCommerce users. Thanks in the meanwhile, Mike! ??

Hello, I just had a response from Divi’s dev team, it seems there’s a JS error in the WooCommerce plugin, here it is: https://prntscr.com/ak8ino
Also, they pointed to this discussion on the official site:

    Hope this helps.

Ahh, so your web server has some MOD_SECURITY rules in place that are stopping a js file from loading. You can either contact your web host and ask them to update their rules, or you can download and install the plugin mentioned in the documentation you linked too.

Hi Caleb, I’ve already resolved the issue installing the plugin mentioned in the linked article, and I’ve also asked my hosting provider to fix the MOD_SRCURITY issues for future occurences of the same problem, so for what concerns my situation I’m ok.
That said, I just published the update to help those having the same issue, as I’m sure there’s lot of people out there searching for a solution to this. ??
