Conflict with Divi Theme Builder

  • After either the new Divi update or a recent WordPress update, opening page templates in Divi Theme Builder gets stuck. Disabling the Password Protected plugin solves the problem.

    Unfortunately I don’t have any error messages for you, since there aren’t any. Opening a template just hangs. The opening animation just goes on forever until an “unknown error” dialog appears.

    Any ideas? We surely would like to continue using Password Protected plugin.

    By error messages I mean that enabling debug logging doesn’t help. No errors appear.
