Conflict with Elegant Nimble theme

The Events Calendar and Nimble theme are not working together. Changed to TwentyFifteen theme and all events shows properly as “a list” and as “a calendar”. Changed back to Nimble and there is no calendar view, the header is gone, just the content for a single event is displayed.
