Conflict with Elementor

    i am using The7 theme from Dream-Theme which is a great theme. However, I cannot insert a NextGen gallery using Elementor. The techs at Dream-Theme have logged in and determined there is a conflict between the Elementor plugin and the NextGen plugin.

    Hi @lukedouglas,

    As a temporary solution you can switch back to PHP 7.4 to see if that resolves the problem.

    We have created an issue report for our dev team. Usually, this sort of issues are highly prioritized so you can expect it to get resolved in the upcoming NGG update.

    Downgraded to PHP 7.4 and NextGen insert worked fine. Looking forward to a patch for PHP 8.0.

    Just a heads-up that yesterday, we’ve released NGG 3.26 that should fix the issue.

    I updated NGG, changed the PHP to 8.0 and it works fine. Thanks for the update!
