With the following plugins installed and activated on WordPress v6.4.3:
    Elementor v3.19.2
    Elementor Pro v3.19.2
    EWWW v7.3.0
    and others

The website was running fine before optimising images. After running an EWWW bulk optimise, the website running on GoDaddy returns ‘Service Unavailable’ error 503. GoDaddy assure me it’s not a resources issue.

If I deactivate Elementor the site returns (without the correct styling), if I re-activate error 503 returns.

If you deactivate EWWW does the site return? If adding a plugin causes the server to crash, it’s almost always that it’s running out of resources. I know GoDaddy said otherwise, but there isn’t much that our plugin could do that could cause your server to crash. It would have to be a pretty big bug to overload your servers and we don’t have anything coming up with issues in any of our tests.

With a 502 error, that generally means that something is trying to run something that can’t be executed by the server. Can your host provide any error logs as to what could be triggering this?

Thank you for replying. I came to the same conclusion that it’s a resources issue despite GoDaddy’s assurance, because the same error occurred again later just closing the Elementor editor.

Yeah, that’s unfortunate. I hope you can find a resolution! I will resolve this issue but feel free to open a new one if you have any further questions.
