    WP User Manager Version 2.9.10
    Elementor Pro Version 3.21.3
    WordPress 6.5.3

While the WP User Manager Plugin is activated the Elementor Editor gets stuck on loading its sidebar. This behaviour disappears when disabling WP User Manager. Is anybody aware of this or can reproduce it?

Increasing PHP Memory Limit from 256M to 1024M helped. 512 was not enough.

    Hi @guntherbohnert,

Good day! Thank you for writing in and we are sorry to hear about your issue.

Normally, such behavior happens when there’s a conflict amongst the plugins or theme.

Have you tried deactivating all plugins except for Elementor and WPUM? If not, would you please test it out and let me know how it goes?

    Hi @robfrtlz

Thanks for your response. Deactivating all plugins does not help. But increasing memory limit does. I suppose the problem is the amount of users. We made tests with around 50000 users.

    Hi @guntherbohnert,

    Thanks for letting me know.

If you have that kind of numbers for your users, increasing the memory limit should be a must to avoid encountering issues. It would also be good for your site’s optimization in a long run.

Nevertheless, I’m glad to hear that you were able to find a solution.
