    Hello

I’m having problems with multiple websites that use Elementor Hello theme and Yoast plugin.

When Hello theme is enabled and Yoast is enabled all error messages in the woocommerce registration form do not appear.

When Yoast is disabled and Hello is enabled error messages appear as expected.

When Yoast is enabled and the site is switched to another theme (Twenty Twenty-two) error messages appear as expected.

The wordpress version is up to date along with all plugins and themes.

Please could this be looked into.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @zoemichellebrown

Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin. I tried to replicate what you described on my test site, and the error messages in the WooCommerce registration form do appear. See screenshot. I tested the same on the site you shared, and there are errors, too. See screenshot.

Using your site to replicate, can you give me specific steps and what errors I should look out for?

    Hello @maybellyne

Thanks for your reply. I am currently working on the registration form so had to temporarily disable Yoast. I have re-enabled it so you see the issue

I checked before testing previously and even now, the Yoast SEO plugin v21.4 is active. I also got those errors again. This is an updated screenshot but no difference.

    Hello

Apologies, I can see you are using the checkout registration form which does work as expected. It’s the my account registration form where the errors don’t appear. this can be found under the login/registration menu.

    Hello @maybellyne

Have you managed to identify the conflict?

Thanks for providing more information. I was able to replicate the issue on your form.

However, I couldn’t on my test site. Can you let me know how the login/registration forms are created? Is it made with Woocommerce (using the Woocommerce shortcode), or the one made with Elementor Pro?

    @maybellyne

Thank you for looking at this for me. The registration form was created using the elementor pro my account widget.

We have an open bug report on GitHub about WooCommerce notices not showing when the form is created with Elementor Pro.

In the meantime, let us know if the workaround shared doesn’t work you
