Conflict with Event manager

Hi,
I’m trying this plugin but I have a conflict with the plugin “events manager”.
If I try to add an event with a location it asks me for a check: “Please check the consent box so we can collect and store your submitted information.” but there is no check box to flag!
If i disable the location I can add the event, but i need to add a location.
I tried to disactivate and remove the plugin but there is still this message!!! I can’t rid off it!
I need help.
