Conflict with ExactMetrics

Hi there,

I believe I found a conflict with ExactMetrics. When both active, if I change the category of an existing article the featured image disappears and has to been selected again.

I know the theme may be involved too, but during my tests if I deactivate one of the two plugins the problem is solved. I just wanted to warn you in case you want to investigate further.
