(It’s working because I deactivated Jetpack by WordPress.com at the moment), but the problem is that when the plugin is active, I cannot go to this product page (woocommerce product) and add it to my cart. Instead of the cart loading a 502 Bad Gateway error shows.

I did a little basic testing and I think the conflict might exist between the Follow-ups plugin by woocommerce and Jetpack by WordPress.com.

I’m not sure if there’s any support for that, so I’m just noting it here in case it can be investigated in the future – or in case anyone has any insight into this. For now I will be leaving the plugin deactivated as we go to market with this product in two days and registration needs to run smoothly.

    Hey @drewhume,

Thanks for reporting this! Since you have the Follow-Ups extension, feel free to reach out to WooCommerce customer support and see if they have run into this issue as well and if they can possibly assist you with a fix:

I have not heard of any conflict between Jetpack and follow-ups, but I will also look into this internally to see what I can find. Since I am sure many people who purchase this extension will most likely have Jetpack installed as well, we do want to make sure this isn’t a potential widespread issue.

Please keep me updated if you do reach out to WooCommerce support on what they find.

    Thanks!
