Conflict with Genesis Connect for WooCommerce

  • I believe there may be a conflict with Genesis Connect for WooCommerce and Ultimate Member. For some reason, the following is returning ‘true’ –

    is_page( get_option( ‘woocommerce_shop_page_id’ ) ) – on Ultimate Member pages (Register and Members tested so far).

    Therefore, Genesis Connect attempts to replace the templates and no Ultimate Member content is returned.

    Can you please advise?

    This is now resolved. Ensure the WooCommerce shop page is installed. If problem persists, trash the existing shop page and reinstall via WooCommerce > System Status > Tools > Install WooCommerce Pages
