Conflict with Google Analytics Dashboard for WP Persists

The issue in the previous support thread (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/conflict-with-google-analytics-dashboard-for-wp-2/) still exists though it is marked resolved.
With the Dashboard Welcome plugin active, GADWP widget will not load analytics content. The widget it present, just no content.
Any idea why this is happening?
