Every time I set caching to on, google webmasters can’t detect my robots.txt. Since it failed fetching, google won’t crawl on my site anymore. If I set caching to off, google webmasters robots.txt fetching works.

Are there any ways to enable caching without any conflict with Google Webmasters? Thanks in advance!

I managed to fix my own problem

Settings > WP Super Cache > Advanced

Under Fix Configuration (bottom of the page), click Restore Default Configuration button

Also make sure Use PHP to serve cache files is ticked
