I am using Post SMTP to send via gmail. When I have your plugin activated, Gravity Forms does not change the From address as dictated in my form settings. I have confirmed that I do NOT have “Prevent plugins and themes from changing this” checked in the Post SMTP settings. (Though I have also tested it with it checked too). In each case, it always sends from the default gmail address. If I deactivate Post SMTP and send via php, the Gravity Forms from address override works. If I re-activate Post SMTP, then it shows the default gmail from address again, ignoring my Gravity Forms settings.

Is this a bug? Or have I done something wrong?

I should add: I am using multisite. The plugin is network activated, but the settings are entered on the individual sites.

    Hi linds,

It appears you’re having the same issue as me – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-remove-sender-header/.

There is an email header called “Sender” which contains just the default email address you added in the plugin settings. This “Sender” header seems to overwrite whatever you put in the Gravity Forms “From” field.

Unfortunately I don’t have an answer yet either, just wanted to make you aware.
