Conflict with Gravity Forms PayPal IPN

Love this plugin!
I was using Gravity Forms with the PayPal Standard Add-On. After the user completes a transaction, PayPal sends an Instant Payment Notification (IPN) back to my website.
PayPal sends this to my website at https://www.example.com/?page=gf_paypal_ipn
This was not working for me until I deactivated the Restricted Site Access plugin.
