Conflict with iThemes Security(?)

    You can ignore this, it seems it was something to do with WordPress SEO & having “Force Rewrite Titles” – the latest WP SEO update caused this issue, it’s now been resolved by unchecking that in WP SEO.

    Thank you for putting the answer to this up here too. It solved my problem!
