Hi, recently when I activate CleanTalk Anti flood/anti crawler protection, I keep getting messages from Jetpack Monitor saying my site has gone down. The site is not down and I can keep accessing it. I get one or two messages per hour until I deactivate the Anti flood/anti crawler protection.

Deactivating this protection stops the messages appearing.

It’s annoying rather than anything critical but hopefully this can be fixed?

    Hello @vgpmedia

The best way to solve this is to add the JetPack monitor IP address to your personal SpamFireWall whitelist. This way the plugin will pass these requests.

I tried to find this one, but can’t even find your CleanTalk account.

    Please, contact us via https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open

    We will check your logs.

Well Jetpack is kind of popular don’t you think this should be added by default? Whitelist IP ranges can change and break things unexpectedly.

We should know this IP or IP range. If you know this data, please tell me here.

If not, open the ticket aтв I will try to find it in your logs.

    Be well,

Was a fix included in the latest update as I don’t see the issue any more?

Yes, we applied all necessary changes to the code.
The latest update should work stable.
