Conflict with Kadence theme

    Hello, I’m experiencing a conflict between this plugin and the Kadence theme on a site that is under construction. The library launches but never loads or open on the page editor. I’ve disabled all other plugins and the problem remained. When I disabled the Kadence theme however, the library loaded. I’m waiting on a response from Kadence support but wondered if this was a known conflict or perhaps has been resolved previously.

    Hi there,

    We haven’t heard this reported previously and in our testing, the library works fine with the Kadence theme active.

    To confirm, there are no other plugins active on the site? Can you share the version of Extendify and Kadence that you are using?

    Also, if you can share a screenshot of what you see when you try to open the library, that would be helpful.

    Hello,

    The Kadence team was able to replicate the problem. Loading google fonts from the editor seems to prevent the plugin from loading the patterns. All I see is the blank interface where the patterns should be loading and the tiny circle … well just circling endlessly without ever loading. They are working on a fix but there may be also be a fix required to Extendify. I really like what the plugin does and the reviews are awesome so I’m looking forward to using it.

    This should be resolved with the latest version of the Extendify plugin. When you have a chance, could you please update the plugin and confirm that everything is working properly now?
