I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that we’ve encountered with two active plugins Learndash and WPForms. It appears that both plugins are using the same class name, “Stripe\Exception\CardException,” which has led to a conflict within our WordPress environment.

    The Issue:
Whenever both Learndash and WPForms are activated on our WordPress site, we receive the following error message:
“Cannot declare class Stripe\Exception\CardException, because the name is already in use in /wp-content/plugins/sfwd-lms/includes/lib/stripe-php/lib/Exception/CardException.php”
This conflict is preventing us from providing a smooth and error-free user experience, especially when dealing with payment processing through the Stripe payment gateway.

We kindly request your support in resolving this conflict. It’s important for our website to have the functionality of both plugins, and it’s crucial to eliminate this class name collision.

Hey @zerozendesign and @arneb – Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the trouble!

The developers are aware of this bug, and are working to fix the issue. In the meantime you can install WPForms version 1.8.4.1 and that should help fix the issue.

Having said that, in case you’d require additional and you have an active WPForms license, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!
