Conflict with Lifter LMS My Courses page

Latest WP SP 0.6 and Lifter LMS 2.7.11 and WP 4.6
When WP SP is active, the Lifter My Courses page is all ” scrunched” to the left of the page. The contents of the page is basically a login form with a registration form below. Deactivating WP SP resolves the issue and all form fields are normal.
I was came across this issue while setting up a site locally which has both these plugins and when I came across it, I did the old “deactivate plugins one-by-one” and was surprised that it was WP SP.
To verify, I did a fresh local install with only these two plugins. Yep, same issue. And it is just this page, which is created automatically by Lifter LMS and contains only a Lifter LMS shortcode to display the two forms.
I should also note that the results are the same with either GeneratePress or TwentySixteen.
