Conflict with Mandrill App

I’m reposting this as the other thread is marked as resolved but a problem stills persists. Both SB Welcome Editor and Mandrill are at their current versions. WP Social Login is also installed.

The Welcome Email is being sent through phpmailer. The Welcome Email Admin Notification is being passed through Mandrill.

Any suggestions ? maybe WP Social Login is using the Email Body defined in SB Welcome but sending it through phpmailer/wpmail ?
